REPAIR
POLICY
All
MRT products carry 12 months warranty from date of shipment
(invoice date) , if shipments date unidentifiable; the warranty
is implemental basing on product serial number. However,
such warranty does not cover the product defectiveness caused
by improper application by users. For the returned faulty
product within warranty period, MRT shall repair the defective
within 15 working days after receiving goods. The returned
faulty product should be sent to MRT with freight prepaid
after obtaining RMA number from MRT. MRT shall ship back
repaired products to customer by sea via post service with
freight prepaid by MRT. In case the RMA item is no longer
available within warranty period, MRT has the right to either
substitute with a similar product, or issues a credit based
on the current selling price.
RMA
Process
¡ECustomer
needs to obtain a RMA number from MRT sales window and email
the RMA form to MRT before sending back the faulty products.
¡EThe faulty products together with RMA form to be sent back
to MRT with freight prepaid by customer. MRT will reject
the delivery if freight is not prepaid.
¡EMRT shall repair faulty products within 15 working days
after receiving the returned products. After products are
repaired, MRT will send back the products to customer by
sea via post office at MRT's cost. Customer may require
alternative shipping methods but shall bear any additional
charges.
¡EDOA (Dead on arrival) shipment: For a period of 30 days
from the date of delivery (invoice date), if the products
are found faulty, MRT shall replace new products for customer
with both way freight paid by MRT.
¡ERepair Report. The repaired item would be returned with
a repair report which shows the result of the repair.
